POST-BARIATRIC SURGERY

Procedure necessary to mitigate post-bariatric surgery performed for elimination of obesity, where the body undergoes drastic changes, such as large skin folds of fat, making the patient in some ways look actually worse, not better. Each patient varies depending on the type and number of procedures to be performed, where the surgeon removes excess tissue and sculpts the body to restore a more normal and cosmetically pleasing appearance.

The duration of these procedures varies according to the amount of fatty tissue and skin to be eliminated (4-6 hours) it’s performed under general anesthesia.
