ABDOMINOPLASTY
It is a surgery intended for women and men who want to reduce the excess skin in the abdomen, product of a previous overweight, several births, liposuction procedures and other specific reasons of each patient.
This procedure takes about two hours and is performed under regional anesthesia (epidural) in most cases.
The time spent at the clinic is approximately 6 hours, the patient returns home. The recovery is similar to a cesarean section; it should be avoided heavy physical work, such as gymnastics, for at least thirty days.
The scar left by the Abdominoplasty is placed horizontally above the pubis area, extending to a greater or lesser extent, depending on each patient and is planned to be covered by underwear or a bikini, if necessary, the navel will be modified and relocated.
